Finding where the problem is
A zip that keeps opening may have a worn slider; a stuck zip may be caused by bent teeth or caught fabric. Before replacing it, we check every component.
When the slider is enough
If the teeth and tape are intact, replacing or adjusting the slider can restore the closure with a small repair.
When a new zip is needed
Missing teeth, a damaged coil or a torn tape make a full replacement the more reliable option. The new zip must have the right length, colour and strength.
Different work for every garment
Trousers, skirts, jackets and coats are built differently. In lined garments the zip must be set in without altering the lining, seams or outer line.
